We are looking for a Volume Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting for the successful recruitment and selection of new employees, with a focus on our volume vacancies in the cabin crew and pilot areas. In this function you will work in a dynamic environment and global team and take over the management of the recruiting processes in close cooperation with the departments and managers.
To the position
- Responsibility for the comprehensive, independent control of the end-to-end recruiting process for the roles to be filled.
- Advising the hiring executives and/or HR business partners on the best possible sourcing orientation, including the channel strategy
- Organization and implementation of selection measures in the recruiting process (e.g. competency-based telephone/video interviews and job interviews, recruitment/online tests and assessment centers) and embedding these into our volume recruitment platform to create a seamless candidate experience
- Management of sourcing activities based on quality indicators and derivation of optimization for future vacancy management Creating, implementing, and monitoring performance of an attraction plan that drives applications to our Cabin Crew and Pilot opportunities
- Quality control according to the Employer Branding Guideline or coordination of personnel service providers.
- Independent implementation of personnel marketing measures, including the representation of TUI as an attractive employer at universities
- Participation in projects on recruiting and personnel marketing topics.
To them
- Completed studies with a focus on human resources or psychology and/or completed commercial training
- Extensive professional experience in recruitment, preferably in volume recruitment.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Very good communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Openness in dealing with different cultures
- Tech savvy and passionate about processes, willing to learn new systems user knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors desirable
- High level of resilience and willingness to perform
- Ability to work in a global team and can-do mentality
